Cultivating Love
Chapter 13
The next day, the first class was the Transfiguration class. Xiu was so sleepy that he turned the textbook into the painting he saw last night. After being scolded by Professor Mcgonagall with a serious face, Xiu decided not to continue.
By the way, during the Sunday dinner, Principal Dumbledore said a bunch of useless things about the implementation of the old equipment. Xiu did not know if it was a coincidence or not, but one of the sentences was that the renovation of the stairs from the seventh floor to the eighth floor had been completed.
It seemed that no one had discovered his and Draco's little adventure. This made Xiu, who was a little worried, breathe a sigh of relief. Thus, Xiu and Draco's first night tour of the Hogwarts came to an end.
Many years later, Xiu's uncle's son wrote a letter to him not long after entering the school to show off that he had done something great with his compound potions. Draco, who happened to be next to him, read the letter and said, "Children these days really have no creativity. It's all leftovers."
After their first night tour, the two of them were very well-behaved for a period of time. A large part of the reason was that the homework for the Magic Medicine class suddenly increased.
At the beginning of the school year, Professor Snape took into account the actual situation of the different levels of Magic Medicine because of their background. Although there was no class where he did not ridicule the students for being clumsy, he only taught the most basic and simple content.
Now that the freshmen had become wily old foxes, of course the progress of the course had to be rushed.
As soon as a master made a move, one would know whether or not he was a master. Suddenly, many students would frown when the Magic Medicine class was mentioned.
One must know that Professor Snape liked to take the test in class the most. After the test, he would show it to him. If one passed, he would leave. If two passed, he would leave. If one did not finish, he would not go to eat and would just waste time with the rest of the students.
At the same time, the homework was assigned according to different levels. For example, Xiu, Draco, and Hermione, who could almost always get a 0 in the test, would certainly have the longest papers.
If there was a need to compare, then it was five feet longer than Harry, who always barely passed.
Every time they handed in their papers, Xiu and Draco would hold the long parchment paper and receive the envious gazes of the other students.
This wasn't strange at all. The tutoring every Sunday wasn't for nothing. As for the thesis, it was a sweet burden.
However, because of Professor Snape's strict requirements, the students who graduated from Hogwarts in recent years were not bad at potions.
He wondered if they would remember the professor who would always find fault in their papers when they concocted the most suitable potion in a more skillful and convenient way than their colleagues from other schools.
In Slytherin's Rest, Draco was sprawled out on his sofa, rubbing White Dumpling with one hand while Celie flipped through a sketchbook with the other.
Alpha Ursae walked out while tying his tie. When he saw this scene, he squatted down and waved at White Dumpling.
White Dumpling saw its master happily jump into Xiu's arms. Draco whispered, "Little ungrateful wolf." Xiu didn't hear Draco's whisper as he was busy with the prisoners.
"You bad guy, where did you run off to again?
You didn't come back for three days and three nights, huh?
Next time I'll tell people not to let you go out. I'll lock you up in the dormitory to teach you a lesson. "Xiu said while pinching White Dumpling's chubby little face." Why do you look like you've gained some weight? "
Draco, who was sprawled out on the sofa, was finally willing to condescend and look at the person who had a problem with the cat. "It's nothing. I asked people to put cat food and water for Celie in the lounge. If I rely on you to feed her, this little guy will lose weight."
Originally, Celie would come back every other day when Xiu first let her do her own thing. Xiu didn't know when this playful guy started to disappear for a few days. Seeing that her fur was a little dirty and she seemed to be having fun, Xiu didn't have the heart to lock her up.
After pinching Celie again, Xiu let her go and signaled the golden head to make way.
Draco moved up and gave up half of the sofa while complaining, "Look, isn't the opposite sofa empty?
Why do you have to sit with me? "
Xiu was in a good mood and didn't argue with him. "I'm used to it. Can't help it."
He stretched his neck and glanced at the book in Draco's hand. "Isn't this my sketchbook? No wonder it looks so familiar."
Hearing this, Draco directly slapped the book on his face. "I'll give it back to you when you're done."
Xiu saw his little tsundere look and immediately gave in. "No, no, no. Take it and read it. When I'm done with this book, I'll draw another one." Draco snorted softly and pulled him to the auditorium for breakfast.
Speaking of Xiu's sketchbook, it was actually a product of the History of Magic class.
Spensee's family was known for being excellent in healing magic. He grew up with his unreliable uncle, but he didn't forget that he was going to be a healer at St. Mungo's Magic Hospital in the future. In view of the high academic requirements of a healer, he did work hard.
However, being a healer didn't require grades in the History of Magic, and Professor Binns was the famous (sleeping) professor Yi Baier for ten minutes. In the first few weeks of the History of Magic class, he was either reading extracurricular books or sleeping.
Later, he found his conscience and felt that he should respect the professor, so he began to draw in class.
Although Draco didn't see how drawing in class was more respectful to the professor than reading extracurricular books, he could no longer tease Xiu, who was sleeping in class, with words like "wipe your saliva". Thinking about it, it was a bit of a pity.
In fact, Xiu felt that being a History of Magic professor might be burying Professor Binns.
The history that was written in the books was actually what he had experienced every day. It would be more appropriate to ask this old gentleman to write his memoirs instead of reading from a book, wouldn't it?
Speaking of lifeless, there was once a senior who couldn't stand Professor Binns' teaching method and wrote to the old gentleman, hoping that he could be a little less lifeless.
The old gentleman picked up his pen and replied, "But, I'm dead." He also felt very wronged.
As he continued to draw, he became somewhat famous. Because most of his drawings were short and interesting comics or funny drawings, his small sketchbook was also borrowed from everywhere. Who knew that it would actually reach Draco.
This Friday's highlight was still Professor Snape's Potionology class. Xiu and Draco didn't need to go early to occupy seats and could sit comfortably in the first row.
"Today, it seems like we're going to make an Oblivion Potion." Xiu flipped through his notes and said to Draco, who was previewing the second grade Potionology textbook. "Seriously, why don't we just throw a Forgetful Potion?"
Openly rolling his eyes, the Potionology genius Draco looked at Xiu as if he was looking at a mentally retarded person. "Potionology is a kind of art, Xiu.
Don't sully the art with these useless things. "Xiu clicked his tongue. He still preferred the convenient spell.
"Oh, right.
Do you have training at Quidditch this Saturday? "
Xiu seemed to have thought of something and suddenly pulled Draco's sleeve. Draco frowned and unhappily let him go. "Merlin above, I don't believe that my dear Xiu would suddenly be interested in Quidditch." Then he gave Xiu a look that said, "If you have something to say, say it quickly."
"I'm planning to go to Hogsmeade." Xiu blinked his big watery eyes and looked at Draco. Draco frowned. "Did you cast a Forgetful Potion on yourself?
Or did you finally put the crucible on your own head last night? "He rarely used harsh words." That place is mixed with dragons and dragons. It's not like the school. Save it! "
Hogsmeade was the only tribe in the Wizard World that was purely composed of wizards. Because of its special nature, it was destined to have no taboos. It was inevitably labeled as a dangerous place.
Hogwarts students were only allowed to go when they were in the third grade and had a signed guarantee from their parents.
Xiu knew that acting cute was useless in front of Draco. He dejectedly lay down on the potion textbook. "I'm not planning to go on an adventure. I just want to buy some presents.
You know, Christmas presents should be ready. "He said while pulling his hair.
Seeing this, Draco patted Xiu's hand. "For the sake of your hairline, be honest." Then he answered his previous question. "You're not allowed to go to Hogsmeade. If you want to buy something, you can give me the list and I'll ask someone to buy it for you."
Pansy often said that Jean Xiu should take care of Draco. Interestingly, only Draco could take care of Xiu.
Seeing the golden head's firm attitude, Xiu also gave up the idea of going to Hogsmeade and whispered, "If it weren't for Pansy, I wouldn't have come out of the clothing store."
Draco didn't hear him clearly and tilted his head to look at him. Xiu quickly changed his words. "I said, why would I let you buy a gift for my friend?"
Ignoring Xiu's little entanglement, Draco just stared at Xiu's black eyes and repeated, "In short, you're not allowed to go to Hogsmeade."
As the time for class was getting closer, the two stopped discussing this matter and obediently prepared for their homework.
Xiu took advantage of the time of the potion experiment to go to Harry's place and was caught by Draco. Professor Snape ridiculed, "Mr. Malfoy, are you Mr. Spensee's guardian?" Draco replied, "Yes, sir." The matter that caused a burst of laughter in the classroom was not mentioned.
Like the inseparable trio of Leo, Xiu and Draco were called the Snake Twins.
If there was a day in the week when the twins were not together, it was only Saturday.
On Saturday, Draco would go to Quidditch for training and then connect with his "little brothers".
After all, being the leader of the first grade was no joke.
His twin brother, Xiu, would carry the White Dumpling Celie out of the underwater Slytherin dormitory to bask in the sun (although Celie had now learned to walk by herself) and chat (gossip) with his friends from other schools in the library or auditorium.
