Dragon Rider Warplane

Chapter 816

Chapter 816: The Air of Dominance

In the blink of an eye, the extremely dangerous situation was brought under control.

Only one person performed with the efficiency of a hundred.

As the door to the villa swung open, a light crack sounded from the coffee table in the living room. With a loud pop, the coffee cup that Lin Mo had placed down shattered unexpectedly, and the remaining coffee flooded the table.

With Lin Mo’s astonishing performance as a backdrop, the nerves of those already strained in the room almost made them jump out of their skins.

“What on earth is this guy?”

Charlie Mitchell’s heart raced with confusion, completely overturning the profile his superiors had provided him and his partner, Ivan Carter, about Morin.

Chinese, male, Han ethnicity, 24 years old, 175 centimeters tall, weighing about 74 kilograms, a J-10 fighter jet pilot with extensive combat experience, decisive in nature, cold-blooded, extremely strong, with a huge appetite, experience in using tactical armor, and resistant to bribery while having half immunity to hypnosis and truth serum.

The CIA’s upper management had deliberately concealed Lin Mo’s experience participating in “Abyss Nirvana” and information about the Royal Dragon Knights of the Su Lan Empire, the former due to access restrictions, and the latter simply because it was too far-fetched.

The final analysis by intelligence experts noted that he seemed to be a soldier trained in some special way by the Chinese military from a young age, currently posing as a civilian. The collected secret investigation materials, after behavioral analysis, revealed that his behavior before and after enlisting was as different as night and day, showing a stark contrast in personality and code of conduct.

True and false, false and true; no matter how experienced the intelligence expert was, they couldn’t predict all the unexpected surprises.

How could a scientific method analyze the uncontrollable nature of unexpected events?

After Lin Mo entered the room, Ivan Carter’s hair stood on end; he hadn’t felt it before, but now he felt like he was looking at an extremely terrifying beast ready to strike.

Even holding a gun offered him no sense of security. It was a feeling of facing a formidable enemy, even if that threat was not directed at him.

Sometimes a person’s aura doesn’t come from themselves but from others’ subconscious self-hypnosis.

“We have twenty-one hours left, Bob. Hurry up and tidy up Lisa, and arrange us some rooms to rest. We’ll be staying here tonight. Get me more food; I eat a lot—at least twenty servings per meal. If we go out, one of my bodyguards must accompany me. Lastly, Lisa, please get me another cup of coffee. It’s really delicious.”

Lin Mo casually sat back down on the sofa, showing no signs of disorder in his clothing.

“Thank you, Mr. Morin!” Lisa said in surprise, looking at the nearly shattered coffee cup on the table. She quickly snapped back to reality, hurriedly cleaning up and preparing a steaming cup of rich coffee.

“Thank you, Mr. Morin!”

Bob, the inventor of the “Hydrogen-Oxygen Sharing Slot” technology, felt he owed an even greater favor now. This was like sending coal in snowy weather, as he not only proactively solved their escape route but also diffused the immediate crisis.

Before this, they had merely been strangers—buyer and seller—and Lin Mo had no reason to involve himself in this trouble.

What the other party had done won Bob’s gratitude, and he decided that he would definitely repay Mr. Morin whenever he had the chance.

Lin Mo had no idea that his simple action had elevated his status in Bob’s mind once more.

If Lin Mo were to invite him to join his tech team now, this physicist would undoubtedly agree without hesitation.

It was like picking up something for free; another tech talent was in hand, and the Dragon Knights might even wake up smiling in their dreams.

The gap between Eastern and Western thought and the inadequate handling of interpersonal relationships caused the Dragon Knights to miss this opportunity entirely.

By the way, the Dragon Knights only knew how to steal now.

“Mr. Morin, I want to know what your plans are for Tiger Energy moving forward?”

Charlie Mitchell was very worried about what this Terminator might stir up in America.

Though he was employed by the CIA, he was first and foremost an American, and seeing a foreigner take charge on American soil stirred an indescribable discomfort in his heart, even if the other party was in the right.

“First kindness, then force! That’s my principle. The things are mine, no doubt about it. They have no authority to take them away, or they will pay an unbearable price for it.”

If necessary, Lin Mo didn’t mind pulling the Japanese consortium behind Tiger Energy into the mix for a thorough reckoning. Mmm, according to a saying in his home country: those little devils deserve a beating.

Even the strongest business enterprise, with all its gangster connections, cannot compete with the military.

Dragon Knights never fight alone.

Due to professional principles, Charlie Mitchell spoke as both a reminder and a warning: “Mr. Morin, I hope you understand that this is America!”

He sighed internally, knowing that this trouble was indeed quite significant.

The CIA’s duty is to prevent unstable elements from threatening the country. If Lin Mo were American, Charlie would turn a blind eye, but he was Chinese, and not just any Chinese—he was a highly aggressive soldier.

Regardless, this was an American’s private matter; this Chinese man was interfering in the internal affairs of America (which Americans conveniently call upholding human rights and freedom when they do it).

Given the air of hegemony and the inherent pride of Americans, it was already quite polite of Charlie Mitchell to speak this way.

Lin Mo, however, remained unfazed. He smiled lightly and said, “Don’t worry. Violence is just one of the means. I will act according to your rules and at least inform both of you in advance. I won’t make things difficult for you.”

The Dragon Knights have more than one trump card.

Charlie Mitchell and Ivan Carter exchanged glances, expressing their deep sense of helplessness.

At that moment, in a top presidential suite of a five-star luxury hotel in Oak Ridge, a naked, well-built Asian man was rolling around with three stunning young women, laughing and playing together.

Clothes lay scattered about the room, which was filled with the atmosphere of an unrestrained gathering.

The three young women, also completely unclothed, showed no signs of shyness as they chased and teased the man, occasionally letting out squeals and laughter.

In this playful scuffle, one voluptuous woman got pinned down by the man, who began to kiss her wildly, while his hands roamed as if inspired by animalistic desire.

The other two women seized the opportunity, casting flirtatious glances and softly purring like playful kittens, but the man quickly tackled another, eagerly conquering more territory.

The presidential suite radiated the essence of spring, too vibrant to be contained.

Just as the man planned to thoroughly enjoy these nearly dripping young lambs, the phone in the room rang loudly.

The trio remained entwined, completely unconcerned by the ringing phone, continuing the most significant endeavor of their lives.

Yet the phone persisted, as if determined to interrupt them, ringing louder and louder.

“Bastard! What is going on? Which jerk is calling? Didn’t I say not to disturb me at this time?”

The man abruptly halted his actions, swearing angrily as he stood up. Despite the intense pressure building in his lower region, the relentless ringing of the phone completely crushed his mood.

No one would be in a good mood when their good times were interrupted.

He walked to the bedside table, picked up the phone, and said grimly, “I am Zeger. I don’t care who you are; no matter how important the matter, you can wait until I’m finished!”

“Ah, yes, yes…”

The person on the other end was startled, realizing they had unwittingly crossed paths with the boss while trying to report a problem. With the boss already angry, they wouldn’t dare argue or plead for mercy. The more they spoke, the more trouble they would get themselves into.

However, there was something more important; even if it meant facing punishment, they had to report it immediately.

“…Hmm? What? What happened to Miller’s people? They can’t handle something this trivial? What good are they to me? Useless! Bastard! Tell him to go and cut his belly open, otherwise, I will personally chop off his head…”

Bang! A loud crash echoed.

Zeger, in a fit of rage, slammed the phone down onto the table, shattering it completely. Plastic pieces and electronic components flew everywhere, leaving severe impact marks on the walnut wood bedside table.

The three women huddled on the bed, eyes wide with fear, glancing at the muscular Japanese man, unsure of what had triggered such an explosive reaction.

“Damn it, damn it!”

Zeger paced the room like a mad beast, his bare skin glistening as if he had just received a stinging slap, his face flushed with anger, breathing heavily before collapsing onto the sofa.

“Oh!” In the midst of his rage, he suddenly felt an indescribable pleasure in his lower region, as if sinking into something warm and soft, and being enveloped. Looking down, he couldn’t help but let out a sigh of pleasure, “Oh, oh, sweetheart, you’re doing great, my dear! I will reward you handsomely, keep going, keep going!”

The pent-up desire within him erupted like a raging fire.

“Hey! You, hand me my phone! It’s right over there!” Still somewhat coherent, Zeger gestured vaguely at the two women hiding on the bed.

Though the bedside phone had been destroyed, the call he had just received was far from ordinary. Despite his burning desires, Zeger knew there were matters he couldn’t afford to delay.
