Preventing Horse Dropping Every Day

Chapter 11

"Wukong, Cheng Mu, what's going on with you two? Didn't we agree to stay at the Gao Mansion for another night? We didn't even prepare the dry rations for the journey and left in a hurry. What do you want me to do now?"

Tang Seng complained as he sat on his horse. He was originally chatting with Gao Taigong in the front hall while sipping tea when he suddenly saw Cheng Mu pulling Monkey King in with an ugly expression. Cheng Mu even told him that they had to leave this place immediately.

He asked why, but he didn't expect that the usually well-behaved Cheng Mu would actually tell him that if the Holy Monk wanted to stay here, he could stay. He would go to the Western Paradise with his Brother Wukong to retrieve the Buddhist scriptures. It really pissed him off.

Monkey King looked at the Tang Seng who kept complaining to him and Cheng Mu and sneered in his heart. However, he looked at him with an aggrieved expression and said, "Actually, Master knows. He knows that Gao Taigong wants me to stay and be his son-in-law."

"I … At the end of the day, no matter how many thoughts Tang Sanzang has, he is still a monk. Therefore, he will not lie. After stammering for a long time, he could not say anything because he had nothing to say. Sun Wukong was telling the truth. He did know Gao Taigong's thoughts.

Cheng Mu immediately exploded when he saw Tang Seng like this. Usually, he would follow Monkey King and call Tang Seng Master, but now, he said, "Holy Monk, how can you do this? You know that Brother Wukong can leave after escorting you to retrieve the Buddhist scriptures. You also know the relationship between Brother Wukong and me. How can you trick him into meeting a woman, and that woman even wants to marry him?"

Tang Seng looked at Cheng Mu's angry face, and the dissatisfaction he had with him disappeared. Instead, he felt a little guilty. "Cheng Mu, I really didn't plan to let Cheng Mu stay. You have to believe me."

Cheng Mu's mood today was already bad when he heard what Gao Cuilan said. Now, it was even worse. He didn't want to talk to Tang Seng, so he directly said to Monkey King, "Brother Wukong, I'm going to take a walk in front. Do you want to come with me?"

Monkey King held Cheng Mu's hand and smiled at him, "Of course."

After talking to Cheng Mu, Monkey King turned to Pigsy, who was leading the horse, and said, "Pigsy, although there are no monsters here, you still have to protect Master and don't run around. We'll hunt them down and bring them back."

Pigsy saw Cheng Mu and Tang Seng quarreling earlier, so he sat lazily on the ground. When he heard Monkey King say that he had to protect the Tang Seng, he didn't want to. But when he heard that there was food to eat, he agreed.

Seeing that Pigsy had agreed, Monkey King looked at Cheng Mu and said gently, "Then, Mu Mu, let's go."

This was the first time that Brother Wukong had called Mu Mu so intimately. Cheng Mu tried his best to suppress the shyness that was about to burst out of him and replied, "Okay." Then, he flew up into the sky with Monkey King and soon disappeared.

Tang Seng looked at the backs of Monkey King and Cheng Mu as they left, then looked at Pigsy, who had closed his eyes and was dozing off. He thought to himself, 'Compared to this pig, that monkey and Cheng Mu are better.'

Cheng Mu and Monkey King didn't care what Tang Seng was thinking. Both of them were enjoying this leisurely time alone.

Cheng Mu looked at Monkey King, who was flying next to him, and thought to himself, 'Ever since Brother Wukong left Mount Five Elements and went on this journey to the west, they haven't been alone like this for a long time.'

"Little fool, what are you thinking about? You don't even know that you've landed."

Monkey King's adoring words reached Cheng Mu's ears and interrupted his thoughts.

Cheng Mu looked at his current situation and exclaimed, "Ah, Brother Wukong, we've landed on the ground. I thought we were still flying in the sky."

Monkey King pinched Cheng Mu's white and tender face and asked with a smile, "So what were you thinking about just now? You were so absorbed in it. If I hadn't been watching you, you might have fallen from the sky just now."

Cheng Mu chuckled and tugged at Monkey King's sleeve, saying coquettishly, "Fortunately, Brother Wukong is by my side. I wasn't thinking about anything just now. I just feel that we haven't been alone like this for a long time. In the past hundreds of years, there were only the two of us in the whole mountain. That kind of life is really nostalgic. Brother Wukong, can we still live that kind of life?"

Seeing Cheng Mu's dependent look, Monkey King's heart softened. He held him in his arms and kissed his hair, saying softly, "Yes, I promise you. In the future, there will only be the two of us in the place where we live. There will be no one else. But I'm a little worried that you will be tired of that kind of peaceful life and feel bored and want to leave."

Cheng Mu's soft snort came from Monkey King's arms, "Brother Wukong, you underestimate me. Since I said that, I won't regret it. And wherever you are, Brother Wukong, I will be there."

Speaking of this, he raised his head and looked at Monkey King affectionately, saying, "Brother Wukong, I want to be with you forever and never be separated."

Monkey King's heart was now surrounded by a feeling of joy. He looked at Cheng Mu and said, "Mu Mu, I love you."

After saying this, Monkey King lowered his head and kissed the pink lips of the person in his arms. This time, it was different from the light kiss before, as if he was tasting something delicious. Instead, it was domineering and possessive. He used the kiss to possess everything of this person.

He belongs to me, whether in body or mind, this person can only belong to me forever. Monkey King's mind was now completely surrounded by this thought.

Cheng Mu's vague confession also came out from the kiss, "Hmm … Brother Wukong, I also love you."

After the kiss, Monkey King sat where they were now, on a large patch of grass, while Cheng Mu's whole body was nestled in his arms, holding a cute little wildflower in his hand. The two of them looked in front of them silently, but the surrounding environment was warm.

After a while, Cheng Mu was sleepy from the warm sun. He yawned and said to Monkey King, "Brother Wukong, I'm sleepy. I want to sleep for a while. Remember to wake me up when we go back."

"Okay, you sleep."

Monkey King replied as he adjusted his sitting position, so that Cheng Mu could sleep more comfortably.

After a while, Cheng Mu's steady breathing came from Monkey King's arms. He lowered his head and looked at him quietly until it was time to go back.

After Monkey King returned to Tang Seng and Pigsy's place, he gave a big bowl of white rice and some vegetables that Cheng Mu had prepared for him before going to bed to Tang Seng and Pigsy. As for Ao Lie, he did not forget the way the little white dragon looked at Cheng Mu at the beginning. He casually threw some grass to him, then carried the still unconscious Cheng Mu in his arms to wait for Tang Seng and the others not far away.
