Persatuben Prins

Chapter 10

After Halloween, Pessatuben began to spend his time in the dormitory, classroom, office, and library. He wanted to focus on researching his own magic potions and various Black Magic Curses, mainly related to the Unforgivable Curse.

While Pessatuben was busy, Christmas quietly arrived. The first years finally welcomed their first holiday in Hogwarts. Although it was only a few weeks, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the first years towards the upcoming leisurely holiday, as well as the gifts from their new friends.

Before the holiday, Pessatuben also made a fourth friend whom he could exchange gifts with. Yes, Pessatuben was not good at socializing. Other than the Weasley twins, he was familiar with only Head Prefect Gamma, whom he usually interacted with. Now, there was finally a fourth person who stepped into Pessatuben's circle.

And this person could be considered one of the more important tasks in Pessatuben's mind. Cedric Diggory, a righteous and friendly Hufflepuff, was also the little handsome guy who died tragically in the Goblet of Fire incident.

The process of the two getting to know each other was very interesting. It was a problem that Pessatuben did not want to admit.

One should know that you could not pray for an eleven year old to be tall.

The bookshelves in the Hogwarts library were lined up to the sky. Although he could use the Levitation Spell, Pessatuben obviously did not want to reveal too much of his ability in this matter. Before the first years were proficient in controlling a light feather, Pessatuben could already use the Levitation Spell to lift heavy books at will. How amazing was that?

Thus, when Pessatuben tried to tiptoe, hoping that this action would be useful, a tall and thin person reached out and took his target down, handing it to Pessatuben.

"You want this, right?" The person asked.

"Yes, thank you." Pessatuben was a little embarrassed as he thanked the person. After all, there was no man.

If he wanted to be provoked by the issue of height, perhaps it was not just height.

"This book is for the third year. You seem to be a new student?"

That person smiled and said, "I have some impression of you, the heir to the Prins' family. You are very powerful." The words of praise came out naturally, and it was obvious that he really admired him.

"My name is Cedric Diggory, a sophomore from Hufflepuff," Cedric introduced himself in a friendly manner.

Pessatuben felt an inexplicable sense of resentment. A second-year student who was a full head and a half taller than him. The two from the Weasley family had already made him feel miserable, and now there was another one … Taller people should break his legs!

Cedric felt a chill on his back, but there didn't seem to be any wind.

Just like that, the two of them mysteriously got to know each other. Actually, there were benefits to it. At least in some areas, Cedric could give Pessatuben a lot of good advice that the Weasley twins could never catch up to. For example, some constructive academic problems.

Time always flew, faster than the Golden Snitch. At least you could catch the Golden Snitch, but you couldn't control time. In short, Pessatuben boarded the train to leave with the happy Hogwarts students before Christmas. After boarding the train, Pessatuben suddenly remembered that he had forgotten something. Severus's address. Without an address, how was he supposed to give Severus a Christmas present?!

He could only hope that Severus wouldn't mock him for his late present when school started.

Pessatuben said goodbye to Molly, who had come to pick up the children. Only then did he heave a sigh of relief and teleport back to the manor.

Molly was so enthusiastic that he couldn't resist. In the end, he still promised Molly that they would go to the Shack for dinner on the second day of Christmas Eve. Only then did he manage to escape from Molly's clutches.

"Welcome home!" As soon as he appeared at the entrance of the manor, he was greeted by Gigi enthusiastically. As for why he didn't teleport directly to the bedroom, Pessatuben forgot that the manor had a reverse teleportation setting. He hadn't set a spell to ignore the effects of the reverse teleportation on himself.

The Princes Manor was very large. Pessatuben had converted part of it into a training ground to train magic spells.

The leisurely holiday didn't allow Pessatuben to relax. Pessatuben didn't want to become lazy just because of the comfort of life.

He spent the entire morning training in the training ground. After lunch, he went to read some advanced magic potions and spells. Before dinner, he soaked in the medicine refining room that was filled with a strange smell.

By the time Christmas Eve arrived, half of the holiday had already passed. Pessatuben sat beside the fireplace in the freshly decorated living room. The elves had placed delicious food on the table, and the lights had been changed from bright white to soft yellow. There were more presents scattered under the Christmas tree than before. Clearly, someone wanted to build a good relationship with the Prins' heir. Since they couldn't find the right place, the owls could always send a letter. Hence, this year's Christmas tree didn't look that pitiful.

Pessatuben had received so many presents compared to when he first woke up. Well, that wasn't exactly the case. In the past few years, Pessatuben had been so engrossed in training that he didn't have the mood to celebrate these holidays at all.

"Come on," Pessatuben thought. Perhaps he should really enjoy the fun of Christmas.

"Let's see what's here."

Posatuben quickly picked out the gifts from his four good friends. He had to admit that other than the gift box from Gamma, which was filled with the aura of nobility and looked like Slythrin, George and Fred had obviously used a box that was wrapped in Gryffindor stripes.

Cedric, on the other hand, wore a very plain, collegiate color. Most importantly, his name was written on the note that came with the gift box.

Cedric's gift was similar to his box. It wasn't very special, but it was enough to show that he liked Pessatuben. It was a copy of a book that was included in the Magical Animal Surveillance Bureau, probably from his father.

Pessatuben gave him a set of Quidditch history books and a set of Quidditch jewelry from Pessatuben's space.

Only God knew why Pessatuben had kept these things for so long.

Gamma's gift was very suitable for Pessatuben's identity as his successor. It was a belt that could change colors and had an additional defensive effect. It could withstand a medium attack, and the color change made it more compatible with different styles of pants. Pessatuben felt that he could keep this belt for a few years. He didn't want to use something so troublesome for now.

Gamma's gift was a ring. It didn't look like much, but it was worth mentioning that it had a space of about half a square meter and could be used to store emergency items. Of course, anyone could use it, which was why Pessatuben didn't mind giving it away.

George and Fred's gifts were unexpectedly safe. Probably because they were pressured by Mo Li, the two of them each gave a set of books about mysterious plants. Hmm, two books. Forgive them. After all, they had more children at home.

Mo Li also gave Pessatuben a gift. It was a hand-knitted scarf. Mo Li thoughtfully used Slytherin's silver-green color to make it look very warm.

Pessatuben only sent gifts for George and Fred. Pessatuben found it when he was tidying up the manor. It was a magic feather pen. The words written by the feather pen would disappear very quickly. Only those who knew the spell of the feather pen would be able to see what was written. It was very suitable for transmitting secret information. Apart from that, there was also a brooch that could record voices. Pessatuben thought that this would probably help them record some of the knowledge they missed when they skipped class.

Actually, Pessatuben still had some gifts. He was going to bring them when he went to the Burrow early in the morning. After all, if Molly saw the gifts for George and Fred, they might be taken away.

Early the next morning, Pessatuben brought a big bag of gifts and took the floo powder and stood in the chimney.

"The Burrow."

Boom. Green flames rose. Two seconds later, he appeared in the Weasley family's kitchen.

This place was terrifyingly small. Before Pessatuben could steady himself, he heard "thump thump thump" footsteps coming down the stairs.

"Ah!

It's actually a Slytherin! "

It turned out to be Ron. His little face was a little frightened, as if Pessatuben was going to eat him up in the next moment. Following closely behind was Mo Li.

Mo Li pushed Ron away and hugged Pessatuben. "Oh, my dear, you're finally here. How have you been these few days? Look at you. You look so good with this scarf. Ron, hurry and call your brothers down."

"Hey, Mommy, he's a Slytherin!" Ron clearly did not have a good impression of Slytherin.

Pessatuben mischievously showed a fierce expression at Ron from a place where Mo Li could not see.

"Woo —" Ron fled the place in a panic.

"I brought gifts for you guys," Pessatuben said to Mo Li, looking at Ron's frantic footsteps in amusement.

"Is that so? Thank you so much. Actually, it's already very good that you could come. These few days, George and Fred have been talking about you. I heard that you have the best grades among the new students?

Oh, those two silly kids didn't give you any trouble, did they? "Mo Li said as she began to cook.

Pessatuben was arranged to sit obediently on the sofa by Mo Li. Hearing Mo Li's question, Pessatuben realized that George and Fred did not tell Mo Li about their plan. Thinking about it, it made sense. Children at this age should focus on their studies and not engage in messy research. He could only summarize his words and say, "No, Madam. Obviously, George and Fred have brought many happy things to my life. They're my friends."

As he spoke, the two of them came down. Hearing the last sentence, they both blinked at Pessatuben.

"I can't see anything," Pessatuben said, ignoring the two of them.

"George, Fred, come and help. Don't let the guests wait for too long!"

"Yes." "Okay, Mommy."

"Dear Pösa, can you please take care of Ron and Jenny? I'm sorry, Arthur won't be back for another hour," Mo Li said apologetically.

"It's alright, Madam. It's my pleasure."

Ron and Jenny were pressed to Pessatuben's side. Ron seemed particularly frightened.

"Relax, Sir. Although I'm a Slytherin, I don't eat humans," Pessatuben said helplessly. "Perhaps you'd like to hear about the Hogwarts. After all, you're about to enter that place, aren't you?"
