Persatuben Prins
Chapter 21
Pessatuben was about to return to his dorm after dinner when he saw three sneaky figures.
"Harry?" Pessatuben immediately thought of him when he saw the reflective glasses.
It was late at night and they should be banned from going out. Pessatuben wanted to remind them to avoid being caught and having their points deducted.
The three of them were heading towards the Forbidden Forest. They must have discovered something.
Pessatuben followed them without making a sound.
The three of them were obviously not very alert. Pessatuben did not even use the Illusion Spell, so they were not discovered along the way.
The three of them were heading towards Haig's house.
"Knock, knock, knock!"
Someone knocked on the door. After a while, the door was opened, revealing a tall figure who was barely able to fit through the door frame. Pessatuben had always been curious. Did Haig not find it crowded?
"Sorry, I don't have time to play with you today." Haig was about to close the door.
"We already know about the Sorcerer's Stone!" The three of them said in unison.
Then, the door was opened again. "Oh … Hi, Pösa. You're collecting materials today too?
Come in. "
"!!!" The three of them turned around in surprise to see Pessatuben suddenly appear behind them.
"When did he come?" Ron asked Hermione in a low voice.
"You didn't even know at the end? You're so stupid!" Hermione said angrily.
Harry looked at Pessatuben innocently and greeted him, "Hi, Pösa." He seemed a little embarrassed by Slytherin's presence.
"We …" Harry was too embarrassed to speak under Pessatuben's stare.
Fortunately, Hermione helped him. "We suspect that Snape wants to steal the Sorcerer's Stone."
She glared at Pessatuben. The know-it-all girl from Gryffindor did not have a good impression of this second-year Slytherin.
"Snape?" Haig was puzzled. "Why do you suspect him?"
He glanced at Pessatuben. Clearly, he was worried that badmouthing their dean in front of a Slytherin would cause conflict.
After all, Haig and Pessatuben had been friends for a long time. Occasionally, when he was free to help Severus collect materials, he would help Haig take care of his farm.
"We only know that he wants to steal the Philosopher's Stone, but Black hasn't found a reason yet," Harry said.
Pessatuben did not comment. He raised his eyebrows and took the hot water from Haig to warm his hands.
"Wow, Harry," Haig retorted. "Snape is one of the professors protecting the Philosopher's Stone!
He couldn't have stolen the Sorcerer's Stone. "
"Alright, I still have things to do today. Are you guys alright? Hurry up and go back. Be careful not to get caught and have your points deducted," Haig threatened.
"Wait?
One of them? "Harry did not expect that there was more than one person protecting the Sorcerer's Stone.
Hermione rolled her eyes at Harry. "Someone else is protecting the Sorcerer's Stone with a magic spell, right?!"
Pessatuben stared at the spot behind Haig that was blocked. If he listened carefully, he could hear some cracking sounds.
"Of course, but in my opinion, it's unnecessary. No one can get past Mao Mao," Hagrid said with a hint of pride.
"No one knows, except for me and Dumbledore.
Yeah.
I can't say.
I can't say. "
Clank, clank.
Pessatuben saw the iron bucket hanging from the stove behind Haig shake violently and approach silently.
"Haig," Pessatuben reminded him.
Haig exclaimed, "Oh, I almost forgot about this little guy!" He took a scalding egg out of the bucket and placed it on the table.
The few of them gathered around the table.
"Haig — what's this?" Harry asked nervously. Harry had never seen such a big egg.
Pessatuben leaned closer. "It's an egg."
Haig stammered, not knowing what to say.
"I know what it is!" Ron exclaimed. "But how did you get it?
Haig. "
"I won it!
From a stranger! "Haig was suddenly confused." But he seemed eager to lose to me. "
The egg shook even more violently. Pessatuben had never seen a real dragon break out of its shell. For safety reasons, he cast a protection spell on everyone.
The only girl present — Hermione — looked at him gratefully.
Obviously, it was very useful. The protection spell effectively prevented the fragments from flying everywhere when the eggshell exploded.
"Smart move."
Ron unexpectedly praised Pessatuben. The latter responded with a smile, scaring Ron so much that he quickly turned his head.
They were all surprised and inexplicably excited. They looked at the little green thing on the table that had jumped out of the eggshell.
"That's a —" Hermione couldn't believe it.
"A dragon," Pessatuben continued.
"Not just a dragon, but a Norwegian Ridgeback," Ron said. "My brother Charlie is studying dragons in Romania."
"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Haig's tone was like an old father who had just seen his child born.
The little green dragon groaned and crawled towards Pessatuben. It probably sensed the natural scent of plants on him.
"Oh, it seems like it thinks of you as its mother." Haig seemed to be intoxicated. "Oh, my dear little Norber."
Pessatuben's mouth twitched. He teased the little green dragon. "You hatched it. You're the mother, Haig."
"You even gave it a name?!" Harry was shocked.
"It has to have a name."
Harry looked helplessly at the big guy who had been promoted to be Haig's father.
The little green dragon suddenly burped and spat out a small group of things. Pessatuben quickly blocked it.
"Uh …" Haig looked apologetically at Pessatuben. "You're too good at spells."
Obviously, Haig didn't notice that Pessatuben had used a silent spell. This wasn't something a second-year student could master.
Hermione, on the other hand, was surprised and a little envious.
"I think it probably can't stay here for long, Haig," Pessatuben said. "It grows very quickly —"
"Who's there?" Haig suddenly looked out the window.
Pessatuben turned and noticed a flash of gold. It was Draco!
"Malfoy!" Harry obviously recognized him.
"Wait for me."
Pessatuben put down the Norber and rushed out of the house. He took out his wand and pointed in a direction. "Incarcerous."
Harry, who was behind him, obviously didn't expect Pessatuben to use a spell on Draco.
"His spells are very good, Harry," Hermione exclaimed.
In less than two minutes, Pessatuben pulled Draco back.
"You used a spell on me!" Draco was angry. "You're with the three — Gryffindor."
Pessatuben ignored the angry kid. "Let me remind you, sir. If you want to tell on Gryffindor and deduct some points, you're in the same position as them. You're a nocturnal first-year student." Pessatuben tried to seduce him. "Don't you want to see a dragon?
Like touch it with your own hands? "
Draco turned his head away and didn't say anything.
Pessatuben didn't know what to do with this arrogant kid.
"Pösa!" Harry stood up to greet him. "Oh, Malfoy." When he saw Draco behind him, he was very unhappy.
"Remember what I said?
Draco, if you want to come into contact with the Norber, there's a better way. At least, he belongs to Haig now. "Pessatuben whispered in Draco's ear.
"I don't care," Draco muttered, but the way he looked at the Norber betrayed him.
Ron and Hermione ignored Draco's arrival. Haig tried to find a place for his Norber. Only Harry tried to ease the atmosphere. Overall, they got along quite well.
"But, Haig."
Pessatuben reminded him. "He's growing very fast. Maybe in less than a week, he'll burst your house. Haig, you can't raise him forever."
Haig was a little sad.
"Oh!" Ron suddenly had an idea. "I can write to my brother and ask him to pick up the Norber!
Go to Nibela!
He won't have many companions! "
"What if he gets bullied?" Haig was obviously still worried.
"You can ask Ron's brother to take care of him." Hermione comforted him. "He needs his own kind, Haig."
"If only my father would agree to raise him!" Draco said. "Unfortunately, he can't.
My father said that dragons are too dangerous. He won't allow me to raise them. "
"Even if he agrees, you can't raise him. He'll grow very big." Harry advised.
"One look and you can tell that he grew up in the muggle world. Potter, you should read more books. Not everyone can only sleep in a small room like you."
Draco mocked him out of habit. "Maybe my bedroom is bigger than yours. Hahaha."
"Malfoy!" "You!" Hermione and Ron were very angry when they heard Draco say that. Harry also frowned unhappily.
Pessatuben saw that the atmosphere was getting tense and hurriedly interrupted. "Haig, shouldn't you be patrolling the forbidden forest?
It's not very peaceful recently, right? "
"Oh, right. Together?" Haig asked.
"Forbidden forest!?" Draco shouted. "You can't go there. Students are forbidden there. There are werewolves there!"
"Maybe there's more?" Pessatuben joked.
"Let's go." Haig took the lead and walked out of the house. The three of them hurriedly followed.
"Then, you're going back to the dorm alone?!" Pessatuben asked.
"What about you?!" Draco looked at Pessatuben in panic.
"I'm going to collect some materials."
"So late?
Going to the forbidden forest alone?
You're so bold!
Snape actually agreed? "
"So?" Pessatuben took out his wand and walked towards the door. "Together?"
Draco hesitated for a moment, but still chose to follow.
Pessatuben chuckled, but Draco rolled his eyes at him.
The forbidden forest was very gloomy. The trees were so tall that they couldn't even see the lowest branches. From time to time, there were long howls of wolves and strange chirping of birds.
Haig walked at the front with his wand, while Pessatuben brought up the rear with his wand. In the middle, the four first-year students carried necklaces. None of them dared to make a sound, as if they would attract something terrifying if they did.
Suddenly, Haig stopped in his tracks, as if he had discovered something.
Harry perfectly inherited Gryffindor's curiosity. "Haig, what is that?" His tone revealed a hint of nervousness.
"That's exactly what I'm here for, Harry." Haig said. "Look, unicorn blood. A few weeks ago, one died. It seems that this one's injuries aren't light either."
At this moment, Harry seemed to have sensed something and glanced at the bushes to the side.
"We're going to find that poor little guy now. Ron, Hermione, you two follow me."
"Okay." Ron's voice trembled. He was obviously very scared.
"Pösa, you take Harry and Malfoy."
"Okay." Pessatuben nodded. "That blood, I can —"
"Oh, of course, of course. Don't waste it." Haig understood Pessatuben's meaning.
Pessatuben took out a bottle from his chest and used his wand to guide it, extracting the clean unicorn blood.
"Be careful." After saying this, they split up.
"Draco, you can try to practice a spell.
For example, the one I'm using now. "Pessatuben raised the glowing wand in his hand.
"Obviously, I haven't learned it yet." Draco looked around vigilantly.
Harry raised his necklace. "How did you do it before?
Without a wand? "Obviously, he was asking about the previous incident.
"You'll learn it in the future. I'm just practicing it in advance. Don't tell anyone else," Pessatuben said casually.
"Draco, if you're scared, stay closer to me." Pessatuben noticed Draco's nervousness.
"Scared?!
What a joke!
I'm not scared. "But Draco still obediently moved closer to Pessatuben.
